Are you frustrated by not having the things you want? Does every day pass and you get no closer to achieving your dreams? The great news is that you can change your life how you really want it, and get a house , car, money or indeed anything you want. Universe has whatever you want in stock, and all you have to do is to place your order and wait for delivery!
The following exercises will help you to get whatever you want, make your dreams come true and all it takes is a little dedication and daily practice. You might want to try a small experiment first, something that will be easy to accomplish before you place your order for a small island in the South Pacific or the Hollywood Mansion.
Starting from a small brand makes a lot of sense too as doing so will serve to strengthen your belief in the following system. You may be cynical at first (you have to learn to trust the universe) and it may take a while before you get the things you want. Unfortunately some people give up before their dreams start to come true, but for those of you who stick with the following practice, the universe really has some wonderful things in store for you.
Find a regular time every day when you are not likely to be disturbed, lie down in a dark room and make yourself comfortable. Loosen any clothes, close your eyes and relax.

Allow yourself to clear your mind (this can be easily accomplished by focusing on the notes being played through your headphones) if you don’t have the facility to play CDs or MP3s an alternative method (which is also very effective) would be to focus on simple two-dimensional shapes ( circle for example) and hold your focus on the shape. You will most likely find that your mind starts to wander, each time this happens focus on the tone or form again. With practice clearing your mind will become easier, so make sure you stick with the practice.
After a while you may start to feel that you are no longer connected to your body as all physical sensations fade. Imagine the thing you really want, try to visualize your desire in limited detail and in three dimensions. Focus on the object, the colors in the scene, the lighting, the time of year, the feeling of the wind on your face etc. Use your five senses, smell the air, touch the object of your desire, what does it feel like? Make the scene as real as possible. If all you wanted was a car imagining sitting in it, driving, how would you feel? What do your emotions tell you?
What can you do to make this dream come true? think of ways objects can come into your life. I usually visualize lottery tickets with all the winning numbers and see myself claiming my cosmic prize. The Law of Attraction will always give you what you want, so make sure you make your wish carefully!
See yourself getting what you want, believing it is yours and it will become, the more you believe, the more your subconscious mind will be able to accept it and you will become in tune with the universe.
Make your visualization as enjoyable as possible, congratulate yourself for getting something you really want and deserve. These emotional associations are important and will give the power to your visualization and breathe life into them. Keep the visualization going for at least 15 minutes and then slowly rise from your meditation.
When you retire at night think about what you want while preparing for sleep and thank the silent universe for helping you to realize your wish. If you wake up at night bring the image of desire back into your mind and stay there as long as you are awake.
